Ingredients:
- Salt - (3/4) Tea Spoons
- Sugar - 1 Tea Spoons
- Cilanthro, Coriander - 10 Leaves
- Green Chillies (Hot) - 4 Items
- Olive Oil - 3 Table Spoons
- Garlic - 4 Cloves
- Ginger - 1 Tea Spoons
- Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 Pinches
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tea Spoons
- Milk - (1/2) Cups
- CauliFlower - 1 Items
- Peas (Mutter) - 1 Cups
Preperation Steps:
- None
Main Steps:
- Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
- Wash and drain.
- heat oil.
- add asafoetida.
- add cauliflower and peas.
- add salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cilantro.
- fry for 7 min stirring 2,3 times.
- add milk, cook on low heat until milk dries up or mixture is nearly dry.
- add sugar, lemon juice and mix well.
- cook for 5 min.
- serve with chapati.
