Ingredients:
  • Salt - (3/4) Tea Spoons
  • Sugar - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Cilanthro, Coriander - 10 Leaves
  • Green Chillies (Hot) - 4 Items
  • Olive Oil - 3 Table Spoons
  • Garlic - 4 Cloves
  • Ginger - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 Pinches
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Milk - (1/2) Cups
  • CauliFlower - 1 Items
  • Peas (Mutter) - 1 Cups
Preperation Steps:
  • None
Main Steps:
  • Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
  • Wash and drain.
  • heat oil.
  • add asafoetida.
  • add cauliflower and peas.
  • add salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cilantro.
  • fry for 7 min stirring 2,3 times.
  • add milk, cook on low heat until milk dries up or mixture is nearly dry.
  • add sugar, lemon juice and mix well.
  • cook for 5 min.
  • serve with chapati.
