  • Salt - (1/2) Tea Spoons
  • Red Onion - 1 Items
  • Cilanthro, Coriander - 8 Leaves
  • Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Tea Spoons

  • Olive Oil - 4 Table Spoons
  • Rice - 2 Cups
  • Curds - (1/4) Cups
  • Garlic - 2 Cloves
  • Ginger - (1/2) Tea Spoons
  • Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 Pinches
  • Lemon Juice - 2 Tea Spoons
  • Besan (ChickPea Flour) - 3 Table Spoons
  • Sodium Bicarbonate (Khanyacha Soda) - 1 Pinches

  • None
