Ingredients:
- Salt - (1/2) Tea Spoons
- Red Onion - 1 Items
- Cilanthro, Coriander - 8 Leaves
- Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
- Green Chillies (Hot) - 3 Items
- Olive Oil - 4 Table Spoons
- Rice - 2 Cups
- Curds - (1/4) Cups
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Ginger - (1/2) Tea Spoons
- Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 Pinches
- Lemon Juice - 2 Tea Spoons
- Besan (ChickPea Flour) - 3 Table Spoons
- Sodium Bicarbonate (Khanyacha Soda) - 1 Pinches
Preperation Steps:
- None
Main Steps:
- Mix rice and other ingredients.
- Add water if dough is a little stiff.
- Heat oil at lower heat.
- Drop 2 teaspoon of oil for each ball.
