Ingredients:
  • Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Red Onion - 2 Items
  • Cilanthro, Coriander - (1/4) Cups
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Corriander Seeds Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Tomatoes - 1 Items
  • Garlic - 6 Cloves
  • Ginger - (1/2) Inches
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Table Spoons
  • Fenugreek Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Curry Leaves - 10 Leaves
  • Boneless Chicken - 1 Kilo Grams
Preperation Steps:
  • Cut the chicken into strips.
Main Steps:
  • Heat oil, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves, chopped onions, ginger, garlic, red chilly powder and turmeric powder. Stir in puree. Moisten with a little water, Stir and fry chicken for 5 minutes.
  • Cook until tender.
