Ingredients:
- Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
- Red Onion - 2 Items
- Cilanthro, Coriander - (1/4) Cups
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
- Corriander Seeds Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
- Tomatoes - 1 Items
- Garlic - 6 Cloves
- Ginger - (1/2) Inches
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
- Mustard Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
- Lemon Juice - 1 Table Spoons
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
- Curry Leaves - 10 Leaves
- Boneless Chicken - 1 Kilo Grams
Preperation Steps:
- Cut the chicken into strips.
Main Steps:
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves, chopped onions, ginger, garlic, red chilly powder and turmeric powder. Stir in puree. Moisten with a little water, Stir and fry chicken for 5 minutes.
- Cook until tender.
- Add the chillies and cilantro and lemon juice.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve.
