Ingredients:
- Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
- Red Onion - 2 Items
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
- Corriander Seeds Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
- Garam Masala - 1 Tea Spoons
- Peanut Oil - 2 Table Spoons
- Butter - 1 Table Spoons
- Tomatoes - 2 Items
- Garlic - 6 Cloves
- Ginger - 1 Inches
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
- Cashew Nuts - 20 Items
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - (1/4) Kilo Grams
- Cream - (1/2) Cups
Preperation Steps:
- Cut paneer into cubes, shallow fry, soak in hot water for 5 minutes, drain and keep aside.
- Puree the onion.
- Puree tomatoes.
- Grind garlic and ginger and make a paste.
Main Steps:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and butter, fry onion puree until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add all the masala powders and saute for a few minutes.
- Add cashew paste, tomato puree and salt.
- Add 1 cup water and boil for 5 minutes. Add paneer cubes.
- Simmer for 20 min.
- Switch off the stove.
- Add cream, combine well.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve with rice.
