Ingredients:
  • Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Red Onion - 2 Items
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Corriander Seeds Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Garam Masala - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Peanut Oil - 2 Table Spoons
  • Butter - 1 Table Spoons
  • Tomatoes - 2 Items
  • Garlic - 6 Cloves
  • Ginger - 1 Inches
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Cashew Nuts - 20 Items
  • Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - (1/4) Kilo Grams
  • Cream - (1/2) Cups
Preperation Steps:
  • Cut paneer into cubes, shallow fry, soak in hot water for 5 minutes, drain and keep aside.
  • Puree the onion.
  • Puree tomatoes.
  • Grind garlic and ginger and make a paste.
Main Steps:
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil and butter, fry onion puree until golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add all the masala powders and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add cashew paste, tomato puree and salt.
  • Add 1 cup water and boil for 5 minutes. Add paneer cubes.
  • Simmer for 20 min.
  • Switch off the stove.
  • Add cream, combine well.
  • Garnish with cilantro leaves.
  • Serve with rice.
