Ingredients:
  • Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Cardamum - 2 Items
  • Jaggery - 1 Cups
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Water - 8 Cups
  • Black Pepper Powder - (1/2) Tea Spoons
  • Ice Cubes - 10 Items
  • Raw Mangoes - 2 Items
Preperation Steps:
  • Pressure cook raw mangoes upto 3 whistles.
Main Steps:
  • Allow to cool to handle.
  • After cooled, separates the mango pulp from the skin and the seed.
  • Mash the pulp, adds cold water, jaggery and salt to it.
  • Add cardamom powder and cumin seed powder.
  • Serve with ice cubes.
