Ingredients:
  • Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Sugar - (1/2) Tea Spoons
  • Cilanthro, Coriander - (1/4) Cups
  • Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Curds - 1 Cups
  • Ginger - (1/2) Inches
  • Water - 4 Cups
  • Black Pepper Powder - (1/2) Tea Spoons
Preperation Steps:
  • None
Main Steps:
  • Whisk curd, water and salt together. Cover and chill.
  • Heat a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds and roast well.
  • Pound coarsely with a rolling pin.
  • Add to buttermilk along with ginger and chopped cilantro leaves.
  • Add black pepper and sugar.
  • Blend for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve.
