Ingredients:
  • Salt - 2 Tea Spoons
  • Red Onion - 1 Items
  • Peanut Oil - 2 Table Spoons
  • Mint Leves - -5 Leaves
  • Rice - 2 Cups
  • Cinnamon - 1 Stems
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Water - 4 Cups
Preperation Steps:
  • In mixer put onion, cloves, cinnamon sticks, green chilles, pudina leaves, coriander leaves and jeera. Make a fine paste of it. Add a little water while grinding.
Main Steps:
  • In a pan take 2 tbsps ghee heat it.
  • Put some jeera seeds, bay leaf and the carrots (chopped)and then add the paste.
  • Cook it well until the gravy has left all water and is well done.
  • Add ghee in cooker before cooking it so it tastes well.
  • In a cooker add the paste cooked, water and rice and pressure cook it.
  • Serve hot with raita or curd.
