Ingredients:
- Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
- Ghee (Clarified Butter) - 2 Table Spoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
- Milk - 1 Cups
- Baking Powder - (1/2) Tea Spoons
Preperation Steps:
- None
Main Steps:
- Mix baking powder, cumin seeds, salt and ghee with the flour.
- Add milk to the mixture and make soft dough.
- Roll out equal balls out of the dough and make parathas.
- Place them on heated tawa and cook it well, until black spot appears on both sides.
- Serve it with butter.
