Ingredients:
  • Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Ghee (Clarified Butter) - 2 Table Spoons
  • Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Milk - 1 Cups
  • Baking Powder - (1/2) Tea Spoons
Preperation Steps:
  • None
Main Steps:
  • Mix baking powder, cumin seeds, salt and ghee with the flour.
  • Add milk to the mixture and make soft dough.
  • Roll out equal balls out of the dough and make parathas.
  • Place them on heated tawa and cook it well, until black spot appears on both sides.
  • Serve it with butter.
