Ingredients:
- Cardamum - 4 Items
- Jaggery - (1/4) Kilo Grams
- Milk - (1/2) Kilo Grams
- Cashew Nuts - 1 Table Spoons
- Ghee - 5 Table Spoons
- Black Raisins - 1 Table Spoons
- Whole Wheat - (1/4) Kilo Grams
Preperation Steps:
- None
Main Steps:
- Soak the wheat overnight.
- Drain then grind into a coarse paste.
- Grate the jaggery .
- Heat the ghee in a heavy-based pan.
- Add the ground wheat.
- Cook on a low heat for 15 mins.
- Add the milk & cook, stirring continuously.
- If the mixture becomes too dry, add a little water.
- Add the grated jaggery & stir until it has dissolved.
- Add the cardamom powder & half the quantity of cashew nuts & raisins.
- Cook until the mixture is thick & of pouring consistency.
- Serve hot garnished with cashew nuts & raisins.
