Ingredients:
- Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
- Sugar - 2 Table Spoons
- Cilanthro, Coriander - 2 Table Spoons
- Turmeric Powder - (1/4) Tea Spoons
- Green Chillies (Hot) - 6 Items
- Peanut Oil - 2 Table Spoons
- Asafoetida (Hing) - (1/4) Tea Spoons
- Raddish - 2 Cups
- Mustard Seeds - (1/4) Tea Spoons
- Lemon Juice - 1 Table Spoons
- Bengal Gram (Moong Daal) - 1 Cups
Preperation Steps:
- None
Main Steps:
- Cut raddish and 1/4 of the salt to it. Mix well and press to remove water.
- Grind chillies and salt.
- Add it to cut raddish, bengal gram, sugar, cut cilantro and coconut. Mix it well.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Let it crackle and then add asafoetida and turmeric powder to it. Let it cool.
- Add the oil to above mixture and mix well.
- Serve cold.
