Ingredients:
- Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
- Eggs - 3 Items
- Red Onion - 1 Items
- Cilanthro, Coriander - (1/4) Cups
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
- Turmeric Powder - (1/2) Tea Spoons
- Corriander Seeds Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
- Tomatoes - 1 Items
- Ghee (Clarified Butter) - 2 Table Spoons
- Garlic - 4 Cloves
- Ginger - (1/2) Inches
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
Preperation Steps:
- Take hard boiled eggs.
Main Steps:
- Shell and halve the eggs.
- Smash the garlic and ginger into 1 cup of water.
- Heat ghee.
- Add cumin seeds and chopped onion, fry until turns brown.
- Add other ingredients except eggs.
- Simmer gently for 10 min.
- Add eggs, simmer for 15 min.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve.
