Ingredients:
  • Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Eggs - 3 Items
  • Red Onion - 1 Items
  • Cilanthro, Coriander - (1/4) Cups
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Turmeric Powder - (1/2) Tea Spoons
  • Corriander Seeds Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Tomatoes - 1 Items
  • Ghee (Clarified Butter) - 2 Table Spoons
  • Garlic - 4 Cloves
  • Ginger - (1/2) Inches
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tea Spoons
Preperation Steps:
  • Take hard boiled eggs.
Main Steps:
  • Shell and halve the eggs.
  • Smash the garlic and ginger into 1 cup of water.
  • Heat ghee.
  • Add cumin seeds and chopped onion, fry until turns brown.
  • Add other ingredients except eggs.
  • Simmer gently for 10 min.
  • Add eggs, simmer for 15 min.
  • Garnish with cilantro leaves.
  • Serve.
