Ingredients:
  • Salt - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tea Spoons
  • Rice - 2 Cups
  • Water - 4 Cups
  • Split Gram Dal (Toor Dal) - 1 Cups
  • Ghee - 2 Tea Spoons
Preperation Steps:
  • None
Main Steps:
  • Wash dal and rice.
  • Heat pressure cooker.
  • Add rice,dal, salt, turmeric powder and water.
  • Cook till 3 whistle.
  • Allow to cool for 5 min.
  • Serve with ghee.
