Ingredients:

800 gms Ridgegourd/Turi (chopped)
2 Large onions (chopped)
2 Large tomatoes (chopped)
2 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
4 Green chillies (chopped)
1/2 Cup oil
Salt to taste

Preperation Steps:

None

Main Steps:

Heat the oil.
Fry onions and green chillies till they turn golden brown.
Add chopped turi, salt and turmeric powder.
Cook over low heat.
Now mix chopped tomatoes and cook them till soft.
Cook it in a pressure cooker.
Now mix it well.
Turi Bhaji is ready.
