Ingredients:

100 gms - puffed rice (laiya)
1 - Finely chopped onion
1 - Finely chopped tomato
2 - Chopped green chilies
1 - Boiled potato
1 to 2 tsp - Vegetable oil for potato frying
Fine gram flour sev
Chat masala
Coriander chutney
Sweet chutney
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Red chili powder
Amchur powder
Jeera for potatoes
Chopped coriander leaves
Lemon juice
Salt to taste

Preperation Steps:

Boil potatoes and mash it.
Heat oil in pan and add jeera in it.
Fry it and then add boiled potatoes, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and amchur powder.
Mix it very well and keep it aside.
Finely chop onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and green chilies.

Main Steps:

Take a bowl and put puffed rice.
Add chopped onion, sev, tomatoes and green chilies.
Add green chutney and sweet chuttney.
Mix it very well.
Add chat masala and lemon juice.
Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
