Ingredients:

Oil for frying boondi
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 curry leaves
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3 cups yoghurt
1/2 cup besan
2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste

Preperation Steps:

None

Main Steps:

Mix together the red chilli powder, salt and besan.
Add enough water to get a dropping consistency.
With a slotted spoon, put drops of this into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown. Drain well on a paper towel and add to curds.
You can use ready made boondi if you want.
Mix in other ingredients and serve.
