Ingredients:
4 cups of gavar (Cluster Beans)
2 tablespoons roasted peanut powder
1 tablespoon oil
Mustard seeds, hing, turmeric, fenugreek seeds (methi),jeera 1/2 teaspoon each
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon jaggery (Gud)
1 teaspoon salt

Main Steps:
Devein the beans and cut them into one inch pieces.
Cook them in a pressure cooker or the microwave in water till they are a little tender.
Heat the oil and add mustard seeds. After they crackle, add hing, turmeric, fenugreek seeds (methi) and jeera. Drain the water and add the beans.
Saute of a minute and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and cover till the gavar cooks completely.
Mix well and serve.
