Ingredients:
4 cups lowfat milk.
1 cup mango juice or 1 ripe mango,chopped
9 cardamom pods,coarsely ground
sugar to taste.

Main Steps:
In a blender,mix well milk,mango and sugar.
add cardamom,chill and serve.
this makes an excellent drink after meals and can also be offered with snacks.
