Ingredients:

32 green king prawns,peeled and deveined
16 green beans,trimmed and cut into 4" pieces
1/4 cup butter,melted
3 tsps freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp finely chopped mint
2 tsps finely grated cheese
8 wooden skewers
10 capsicum
1 cup water

Preperation Steps:

None

Main Steps:

1)Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
2)add beans and cook for 1 minute,refresh under cold running water,set aside.
3)combine the butter,lime juice,mint and cheese in a small bowl.
4)Thread a prawn onto each skewer,followed by bean,add another prawn and a piece of capsicum.
5)Brush each kebab with the butter dressing and grill under a moderate griller for 2 to 3 minutes on each side,basting regularly.
6)serve immediately.
