Ingredients:
4 tsp oil, 1 tbsp cashew nuts,
1/2 tsp black mustered seeds,
1 tsp urad dal,
1 pinch of asafoetida,
4 green chillies cut into large pieces,
1 cup cream of wheat,
3/4 tsp salt,
2 cups water,
2 tbps lemon juice,
cilantro leaves.
Preperation Steps:
None
Main Steps:
1.Heat oil and fry cashew nuts until turns pink.
2.Remove cashews from oil and keep aside.
3.In same oil, add mustered seeds after 2 min add urad dal, asafoetida and green chilli paste.
4.Add cream of wheat.
5.Add salt, lemon juice, water and mix well.
6.Stirring well, cook on low heat until mixture is dry.
serve hot with cilantro leaves.
