Ingredients:
10 khajur(date) soaked in hot water for 25 min
4-5 tsp Tamarind pulp
2 tsp grated jagerry
1tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt for taste
Preperation Steps:
None
Main Steps:
1. Mix all the above ingredients & blend them in a mixer to form a smooth paste
2.Add little water if necessary.
3.Take a thick nonstick pan bring it to boil and cook till most of the water is evaporated.
4.Keep stirring 15min.
5.Cool it and serve with meal.
Tips:
store it in a airtight jar.
